Theta Consulting Services is an established UK limited company. We do one thing well: help startups and mid-sized teams build, secure and fix their AWS and Kubernetes platforms — then hand the work back so they own it.
How we work
Most cloud and Kubernetes problems don't need a six-month engagement or a room full of consultants. They need one senior person who has solved the problem before, a clear scope, and a clean handover. That's the whole idea behind Theta.
Behind the company are two decades of hands-on work across AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform and OpenShift — spanning startups and large regulated environments, from greenfield builds to untangling systems that had drifted. That range means we can tell the difference between the fix that looks right and the one that lasts.
We deliberately keep engagements small and defined. You get a fixed scope and price, senior delivery with live overlap during US afternoons, and — at the end — the Terraform, the pipelines, the Helm charts and the documentation, all yours. Success for us is your team running the result confidently without us in the room.
What we care about
Doing the work properly the first time. Leaving things better documented than we found them. Being straight about what's needed and what isn't — including telling you when an engagement isn't the right fit. It's a smaller way to run a consultancy, and it's the reason clients come back with the next piece of work.
